Our Advisory Board


Bhaskar Panigrahi is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience building and leading technology and clean energy ventures. He is currently Chairman and CEO of ConnectM Technology Solutions and serves on the boards of several innovative companies, including CCI Energy/Fairhaven Wind, Sure Ventures, BluStream Corp, and Blue Cloud Ventures.
Previously, he co-founded and led multiple successful ventures, including Cambridge Energy Holdings and Cambridge Technology Enterprises, guiding CTE to a dual IPO in India. His expertise spans corporate strategy, technology innovation, scaling businesses, and sustainability.
A graduate in Computer Science, he is passionate about entrepreneurship, technology, and social impact.


Mahesh Navani, an alumnus of IIT Mumbai, is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of eClinicalWorks, a leading healthcare IT solutions provider. Guided by the principles of Dharma and Seva (“duty” and “selfless service”), he is deeply committed to philanthropy. He serves as a trustee of the Janki Foundation, supporting education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, mental health, sustainability, and rural development initiatives in both the United States and India.
He also serves as Chairman of Ekal Vidyalaya, USA, championing self-sustaining village programs and livelihood initiatives. This aligns closely with his role as Founder and Advisor of BhaMa Foundation, where he continues to support community-driven development and empowerment initiatives.

Manorama Choudhury is a multilingual author, poet, lyricist, blogger, and social entrepreneur, writing in Odia, Hindi, and English. Her work explores resilience, spirituality, and the quiet strength of everyday life, connecting personal experiences with universal themes.
As founder of BhaMa Foundation, she champions heritage preservation, education, and women’s empowerment, while supporting rural livelihoods and marginalized communities. With degrees in psychology and business administration, Manorama exemplifies how thoughtful engagement in literature, social initiatives, and sustainable enterprise can inspire action and transform lives.
