BhaMa Foundation
BhaMa Foundation is a grassroots development organisation committed to strengthening community-led enterprises and building sustainable livelihood pathways across tribal, rural, semi-urban, and urban landscapes. We believe that every enterprise begins with a possibility shaped by skill, effort, and hope and that with the right support, local initiatives can grow into resilient and thriving economic ecosystems.
Our work focuses on nurturing Small and Micro Enterprises through a cluster-based approach that enables aggregation, value addition, and market integration. We partner with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), farmer groups, producer collectives, and emerging entrepreneurs to strengthen production systems, improve quality, enhance market access, and build institutional capacity.
BhaMa Foundation works across diverse value chains and by combining technical assistance, enterprise development support, and ecosystem partnerships, we aim to create sustainable income opportunities that are locally rooted and economically viable.
We collaborate with government departments, financial institutions, market actors, and civil society organisations to address systemic bottlenecks that affect enterprise growth. Our approach integrates field-level engagement with strategic partnerships to ensure that communities receive the support, resources, and market linkages they need.
At its core, BhaMa Foundation is driven by a commitment to long-term impact in strengthening livelihoods, empowering communities, and enabling enterprises to move from subsistence to sustainability.
